  Genuinely I have been getting the same exact bowl for years and I always get sour cream on the side instead of on my bowl because by the time I transport my lukewarm chipotle bowl home it’s ice cold and I think microwaving sour cream is wretched (as most people would agree). Cartoonishly evil cashier decided to charge me an extra $1.45 for getting my sour cream on the side instead of on my bowl (would’ve been no extra cost). Never in my 21 years of life has this happened to me at any Chipotle. Maybe it was a hate crime, not sure.

  I ordered a vegetarian sofritas bowl, but I was given a chicken bowl instead. This is the second time this has happened, where chicken was included in my order.

  Completely out of protein at 7pm on a Tuesday because they used it all to fill a catering order. Foolish.

  My first experience bad enough to leave a review. My portions were sub par for a double meat order (I’ve worked at Chipotle so I know). And then to top it off, the bowl leaked through the bag onto my clothes and to make my day even better the bowl spilled completely out of the bag onto the floor.

  First of all good luck getting ANYTHING, they never have food to begin with. Additionally getting any meat is almost impossible, they serve you a bite and a half of meat at best. I ask for more, they say “it’s double” when it’s barely even one portion to begin with. It’s not like this is a shelter where I'm getting food, I think they need to understand I’m actually paying for what I'm getting. For the record Ive been to many Chipotles in my life and it’s unfortunate that THIS is the one close to me. By far the skimpiest and worst Chipotle ever, just drive a bit and go to any other location. I have to add that the poor girl getting trained was being repeated whatever I or another customer said like she can’t hear it herself, probably the only one who knows what they’re doing anyway lol.
