- SLStephanie LeeDec 9, 20251.0Terrible customer service. I waited to order while an employee restocked the counter. I ordered a PEPPERMINT fudge Cappy and couldn't taste ANY peppermint. While I waited for my order, I watched the connected Dunkin Donuts side. Another customer was ignored longer than I was and I saw an employee look directly at the customer. These two establishments are obviously connected and their employees ignore customers, after seeing them wait at the counter. If my local BR and DD were run like this one, they'd be out of business.

Any time she tried, either no one answered or they immediately hung up on her. I get being busy, but hanging up on someone is unprofessional. Regardless, she stopped in today. No customers were in the place, but the staff (about 12 people) still didn't greet her or ask what she needed. When she was able to get someone's attention, they had to get a manager to answer. The manager said they can't make ice cream cakes there (only pies and roll cakes). Being frustrated, she pressed them on it being on their website and they blamed "new management." Not sure what they meant by that, but again, unprofessional. This would have been easily avoided if they just answered the phone. However, we should've avoided it by shopping local in the first place. Lesson learned.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
