  NEVER *EVER* AGAIN will I order from this company. I placed an order for a cookie cake and needed to reschedule the pick up time. They require a 24hr notice. I started calling FIVE DAYS in advance but apparently they're allergic to answering the phone. I called three days straight, several times a day - the phone would ring FIFTEEN TIMES before going to an automated message. I could not leave a voicemail. I even tried leaving a comment on their most recent FB post (because there is no way to message them there, either) and NO RESPONSE. I tried calling the posted customer service number on Google but it was "out of service" so I tried calling corporate and no one answered. I reached out via email to the only customer service line I could find. They told me to give the store 2 days to contact me, and if no response, reply to their email. I gave them four days and, surprise! surprise! NO ANSWER! I replied to the email and GUESS WHAT! THEY NEVER RESPONDED, EITHER! There was over five inches of snow the night before I was supposed to pick up the cookie, and more the next day - so, no, I did NOT pick up the cake. I waited a couple days and ventured in... I waited over five minutes while employees ignored me. Finally, one lone woman came up and told me they didn't have my order, laughed at me for not braving thru the snow, and told me I could pick out a random cake from the freezer. DO. BETTER.

  Terrible customer service. I waited to order while an employee restocked the counter. I ordered a PEPPERMINT fudge Cappy and couldn't taste ANY peppermint. While I waited for my order, I watched the connected Dunkin Donuts side. Another customer was ignored longer than I was and I saw an employee look directly at the customer. These two establishments are obviously connected and their employees ignore customers, after seeing them wait at the counter. If my local BR and DD were run like this one, they'd be out of business.

  My wife tried ordering an ice cream cake online, but their site said online ordering was unavailable. So she tried calling for 2 days (luckily we weren't in a hurry). Any time she tried, either no one answered or they immediately hung up on her. I get being busy, but hanging up on someone is unprofessional. Regardless, she stopped in today. No customers were in the place, but the staff (about 12 people) still didn't greet her or ask what she needed. When she was able to get someone's attention, they had to get a manager to answer. The manager said they can't make ice cream cakes there (only pies and roll cakes). Being frustrated, she pressed them on it being on their website and they blamed "new management." Not sure what they meant by that, but again, unprofessional. This would have been easily avoided if they just answered the phone. However, we should've avoided it by shopping local in the first place. Lesson learned.
