Somehow the chicken was completely cold. Cooked, but cold. Everything still tasted good though. Hope they can figure it out...

Always say the food they do have is for online order. Still charge full price for burritos that don’t even have half of what you want.

They really do a great job catering to any food allergies anyone may have, even if they are uncommon. During busy times they will have as many as 5 people on the line preparing food quickly. Even when it's busy, they don't skimp on your order and if you ask for more toppings, they will gladly give you as much as you like without the "that's going to cost you more" bit. They're nice, quick, and the food is always fresh tasting and satisfying. With prices soaring nationwide on all things, it's nice to feel like you get what you pay for and also get to enjoy that meal. It's a Chipotle that makes the food the way YOU like it, not the way that makes them more money. They understand that if you treat customers well, they will come back...which is more valuable in the long run. BTW, I live nearly an hour away but will often go here when I really want a tasty burrito/salad. P.S. Please don't take the chicken al pastor off them menu!
