  Our chicken sandwiches were very thin,dried out and tough as shoe leather. They weren’t fit to eat and should have never been served to a customer. Food was barely warm and the girl at the drive thru was very rude. You’ve lost our business!

  The lady taking orders at the drive through is beyond rude. This just happened 10 minutes ago.. do not go here bad service

  Absolutely RUDE! Got my French dip without the au jus. I called to tell them about this. The girl answered after the 6th phone call. She was very sarcastic and said “well sorry we are out of au jus”. When I ask why they didn’t bother to tell me that when I ordered, she raised her voice and said even more sarcastically, we didn’t make any. When I ask for a refund or some sort of compensation I heard the phone being thrown down, heard her yell about me and cuss. I called corporate and can only hope she has been fired. Do not go to this Arby’s!

  I just vomited, and I have to let people know that this restaurant may have a FOOD SAFETY issue. The only foods that I had today were a fish and chicken sandwich from this place at noon. Then I started feeling uncomfortable around 3 PM and threw up badly just now. Everything I vomited was the food with unhealthy oil and cheese. I won't attach the photos to make other readers feel uncomfortable, but I definitely kept all the evidence. I will report this issue to the county health department. Again, be careful! I can't believe I even brought my baby to this place, and thank god she didn't eat anything.
