  Specifically asked at drive thru window for fresh nacho fries b/c when they are cold, they are horrible. Get to window and received order and fries were ice cold. They remade me a new batch took about 5 min. I appreciated that. However, I order beef supreme chalupa and Dorito supreme. Received both and NO sour cream on either. What am I paying with supreme if I don't get the sour cream? I thought when they built the new store it would be better than where they were at KFC. This is 2nd time this has happen at the new store.

  The drive thru attendant yelled at me and said the drive thru wasn't even suppose to be open. They took my order. I literally just ordered a coke zero. What is this place? Why do they even have a drive thru?

  I was a diva in the drive thru and tomato juice spilled. Honestly that's what I deserved and they remade my food. The man running drive through thank you. Its just tacos im sorry

  Our last vist to the old taco bell in batesville wasn't a good. But, our 1st visit to the new location was absolutely perfect! Staff was friendly, and the order was perfect! Food was good and the building clean! Thank you

  I just got off the phone with the manager at Taco Bell and he was very rude and sarcastic about me calling in letting him know that I didn't want the business that I've had both times I've been at that Taco Bell except for the first time stop me from going there.. he got a sassy attitude and said well this Taco Bell's not closing down and that's the way they do their tacos one pinch of lettuce one pinch of cheese... I've been going to Taco Bell my whole life and I've never seen tacos made so skimpy!!!!! And I said okay well that's the way that you guys make your tacos I guess I won't be back.. and he said okay thank you goodbye!!! What terrible customer service and I will not be back to that Taco Bell I'd rather spend more money and go to the Mexican restaurant across the street!!!!!!❤️
