  Our last vist to the old taco bell in batesville wasn't a good. But, our 1st visit to the new location was absolutely perfect! Staff was friendly, and the order was perfect! Food was good and the building clean! Thank you

  Food was good but saddest taco I've ever seen. Asked for supreme, got a regular one. Barely had any meat. Basically just tortilla, cheese, sour cream and a tiny amount of meat. Food tasted good, but definitely disappointed

  I just got off the phone with the manager at Taco Bell and he was very rude and sarcastic about me calling in letting him know that I didn't want the business that I've had both times I've been at that Taco Bell except for the first time stop me from going there.. he got a sassy attitude and said well this Taco Bell's not closing down and that's the way they do their tacos one pinch of lettuce one pinch of cheese... I've been going to Taco Bell my whole life and I've never seen tacos made so skimpy!!!!! And I said okay well that's the way that you guys make your tacos I guess I won't be back.. and he said okay thank you goodbye!!! What terrible customer service and I will not be back to that Taco Bell I'd rather spend more money and go to the Mexican restaurant across the street!!!!!!❤️

  We've been ordering online + picking up food. It's been very easy to do so which I appreciate. Employees are helpful if I have an issue with an item. Food is mostly good, occasionally get something burnt.

  horrible first time here because no line! Cold and soft nacho fries kid said it’s supposed to be a large. I paid for it barely filled it I ordered 2 got 2 containers but 1 large put together. Crunchy wrap supreme no tomatoes is a burnt sour cream soggy mess. No cheese 5 pieces of lettuce I had high hopes. Guy in drive thru absolutely every time I said an item! Absolutely not guy!then he asked if the screen looked correct?( 4 missing fries of course for drive home, I had to go in completely wrong direction turn around at Krogers. So dumb atmosphere was very quiet because no one was there
