  If you want Papa Johns, better place the order and pick it up. Do not have them deliver. I wish I could give it less stars than this. I called and placed an order. The gentleman on the phone was helpful and he even confirmed my order and delivery address. He gave me the estimate time that will be delivered. I confirmed it. Then I received a text message from the delivery driver stating that he went to an old address that I never mentioned to the guy on the phone. I tried telling the delivery driver the correct address. He ignored me and said he is canceling the order. So, that driver probably got a free pizza. Luckily I didn't pay with a card. It's ridiculous that we don't even have employees to deliver food anymore and they use door dash or Uber Eats and they are both terrible because nobody cares anymore.

  The pizza was great for what it was but not the best I've had! Service is usually great and the staff is usually very nice and helpful. The atmosphere is just a walk in pizza joint with a very small lobby but is usually clean

  Everything about this place from the people to the food has been nothing but outstanding and I truly appreciate everything they have done for me. They will continue to get my business.

  I order from this location for carry out because my delivery address requires using the Plainfield location and this location is almost always better. My order on 12/22/25 was even better than usual. Thank you to those working that afternoon that made everything even better than expected.
