I am highly upset and by the looks of everyone else's review lately they are too. I usually don't receive such terrible bowls but today was the worse and made me leave a review. I ordered 3 bowls on doordash and they were all missing ingredients like the employees lack the ability to read what's supposed to go in them. The bowls are half filled and light. I tried contacting the store and that did nothing. Im a pregnant woman who wants what I want and was utterly disappointed. There must have been a shift in employees lately and they do not care to do their jobs. Highly upset

Walked in and automatically was hit with a wave of cold air. Might I say from the restaurant itself. Staff was wearing long sleeves (possibly normal) and others were wearing jackets. The food was bottom of the barrel type quality.
I asked for chicken, rice, greens and quaso and guacamole and pico not a hard order. The portions were sub-par at best. They skimped on everything but what I asked them to.
If this is "shrinkflation" I hate to see what their portions use to be.
Mind you this is my experience others plz to base your judgement of this establishment on my word. I've had Qudoba here befor and was highly satisfied.

I was charged full price for a cup of water as I was for a soft drink. No one told me a head of time that I was being charged for the water. I had asked for 1 drink 1 water the guy put out a 9 oz cup and at 20 oz cup. I asked if 1 could have a bigger cup for water or if I could have 2 small cups. The guy said the small cups are for water I said OK, my I have 2. Then he took away the small cup and put out another 20 oz cup. I thanked him. But when I got to the table I saw the receipt should $5.90 for 2 drinks. I have trouble walking and I need a lot of water when I eat, I knew having to walk up multiple times for water would be difficult, that's why I wanted a bigger cup or 2 smalls to reduce the number of trips for water. I went to the counter to ask for salt, which they had none, and I asked about the charges for the water, the guy said the charge was for the paper. I said but you didn't tell me that you were charging me. He rolls his eyes and angrily pulled of his gloves and headed to the register. I thought he was going to refund my money but he stopped and asked can't I make it up to you by giving you a cookie or chips. I didn't want cookies or chips. I felt so disrespected by his attitude, I took my receipt and said forget it but I will leave a review about this. He then proceeded to tell his coworkers about the confrontation and they all joined in, in laughter. On top of all that the food was cold, not even warm. It was my first and last time I will ever eat there again. Not the kind of experience I ever want to have.

Love their salsa Verde, free guacamole, and free queso. However, their queso reminds me of some canned Campbell's cheese soup with some spices and peppers thrown in to add a little flavor and texture, but that stuff doesn't take the processed can cheese flavor away.
