I gave the atmosphere a four stars as they do have a play place for the kids! Which is hard to find..

Won't rate higher than 4 because it's a chain. Didn't speak to an actual employee either. But the play place is one of the best I've seen at a McDonalds in the current days.

The fries were soggy. I go to McD's for the fries. They have really fallen down on the fry game at most locations anymore. Big Mac was fine.

Its McDonalds. The bar is already low. A 30 minute wait for my food and counting. I ordered the food on the app prior to arriving. I have watched 6 other people pull into .obile order spots and leave, since i got here. I get that they don't have any incentive to give good service, but this is an embarrassing look for them.
