  It was right there.I have the McDonald's app I stopped to get a quick bite. The service was good. This was my first time at this particular location. The door had a board up to it being repaired. The other guest had weird vibes like what is she doing in here🤣📸🖤🦸🏽‍♀️✨🫡✈️

  Twice in the last two weeks we have ordered food from this McDonalds location. The first was dinner early evening on a weekday. My wife, my 80-year old mother, and I placed to order at the kiosk for dining in. Here was the sequence of events We took the number tent and sat down at a table. Drink cups were not given to us so we assumed they would bring everything out. Why provide number tents for any other reason? 30 minutes, food hadn’t been brought out due to a busy evening I guess. My wife went up to ask about our food. She was told they were waiting on the pies we ordered. Some of our food was on a tray getting cold but they were not going to bring it out until those pies were ready. My wife also noticed that my Arnold-Palmer tea/lemonade was not in the tray. Counter said he would go get it. 10 minutes later, no drink yet. She brought the food we had to the table She went back up and waited another five minutes before the guy said that they didn’t have any more pies by a manager and we would have to go to a very busy register with a long line for a refund on pies. And still no drink for me. I went up, waited in the line and asked about my drink. Instead of waiting indefinitely I just asked for a cup for a fountain drink from someone other than the guy taking orders at the counter. And I didn’t wait for a refund on the two pies. When I got back to the table, I was told my mother (80) was given a spicy buffalo wrap instead of a ranch wrap. We spent over an hour waiting around trying to get fast food This weekend we gave this location a second chance with a McDelivery order. It took an hour-and-a-half to get an order delivered a half mile at most. We like McDonalds… don’t judge …. but this location will no longer be getting our business. McDonald’s would do themselves a favor by shutting down this franchise location because they cannot handle the traffic that comes through

  Went in to redeem my Monopoly winnings today. Had numerous orders. Several of the orders were wrong, Patty's were old and dried out, chicken nuggets were old, food that was supposed to be playing was not, other food was old and dried out, staff was friendly but the food and the timeliness of getting it out was 20 minutes. The lobby wasn't even full and there wasn't even many orders before us.

  I come here a lot with friends and family to dine-in. 8/10 😁 Managers and front-counter people are always courteous. Thanks for the wonderful service.

  I can't rate food or atmosphere because, despite standing at the register for 5 minutes, no one would take my order despite making eye contact. I left and went to Wendy's, where I was greeted with a hello and a smile despite the restaurant being busy. I received my order as well as a "goodbye and come back soon". I will! I'm not one to post negative reviews, but this was unacceptable.
