  Stopped to get a chk bac ranch this afternoon and it was great. I placed my order, went to set down to wait, pulled up my phone and like 3 seconds later it was already ready. Fresh, delicious and served to me with the best service. Can't say enough about this JJ location.

  Online order took over hour to show up. When I didn't tip, they added $5 tip on without consent! Committing FRAUD. I reported it to credit card company and they removed fraudulent charge. Never going to eat at this poorly managed restaurant. Watch what they charge you!

  The staff at this location are very rude and unprofessional. Have had many issues with this location with orders being wrong and staff just being so rude and insulting. Won’t visit ever again.
