We went this evening and ordered a large peanut butter sundae with extra peanut butter, a large turtle sundae, a royal oreo blizzard (chocolate fudge core), and a birthday cake blizzard with sprinkles. The PB sundae was a medium hot fudge. We explained it was wrong, the worker was rude and just added a squirt of PB. Shoved it into my wife's hand. Literally shoved, not a nice handoff. It was insane. Turtle sundae was just a hot fudge sundae. Wrong size. Gave it back and asked for it to be fixed. Just added more hot fudge and again, shoved it back to us. The royal blizzard? Just a regular oreo blizzard. When we questioned it, the lady, rudely, said, "Well I did it. It's there." And walked away. At least my daughter's birthday cake blizzard was right. Absolutely terrible experience and the owner should be ashamed of their staff.
