  We ordered online through the BWW website and were given a delivery time of just less than an hour later. After 1 hour had past, I checked the status through the link sent and our delivery guy from DoorDash was waiting for the food to be cooked. After 1.5 hours and feeling terrible for our DoorDash driver, I had tried to call the restaurant. Three phone calls were placed and each time, someone picked up the phone and hung up on me. I never could get through and told the DoorDash delivery guy to just leave (which he actually didn’t). At now over 2 hours past ordering, we went to the restaurant ourselves. We told the delivery guy to leave and asked to speak to management. The restaurant was pretty empty. We were given excuses as to why our order had still not even been cooked (after over 2 hours) and we asked for our order to be canceled and a refund to our card. The manager asked how much we “wanted back” (all my money, please 😂) or if we wanted credits, which was incredibly odd considering we received no product, our food had never been cooked, and we will absolutely not be going here ever again after this ridiculousness. I am currently awaiting a refund and have contacted above this restaurant on BWW’s website in which I just got a so sorry email. BWW corporate, step it up. After seeing there is so many poor reviews for this restaurant, you should probably do something about it.

  I ordered delivery and they took an extra 7 dollars. Order total was 28.74 and they took 35.98 and when I called I explained what happened and was put on hold and forgot about! Terrible customer service can tell they don’t care about the customers. And this happened around 8pm.

  Had an order delivered for my kiddos. The delivery driver was great through Door Dash, but the food was not great! An order of fries were not included and the wings tasted like rubber. Not sure what has happened to BW-3's, but this is very disappointing.

  Very poor service from our server today we stopped in at 3pm and didn’t leave until 4:15 a guy sat us down and quickly asked for our drinks and that’s basically where the service stopped/we didn’t have silverware the whole entire time we were there, first refill didn’t come until 3:34 and that’s 30 mins after we received our food by the time we got those we were in need another one and the next one came at 3:55 by that time all food was ate,all of his other tables we’re experiencing the same type of service,then we we waited another 20 mins of not seeing him on the floor at all with all of his other tables looking around in disbelief like we were just for him to come back and say sorry I was attending to the people in the “party room” very disappointed in the service that was presented today.

  When we came in it was multiple dirty tables in the front. A guy sat us down stating they have to look for menus but quickly asked us what we wanted to drink ( we still had no menus). We waited 10 minutes and still no menus. We were about to leave but he came with our drink order. The vibe was just wayyy off. We offered to pay for our drinks and leave but he didnt charge us. Idk if they were just short staffed or what but it was very unprofessional. This was the only bad experience at that bdubs.
