  Honestly, I hate leaving reviews but it just gets to a point… The last handful of times I have come to this specific location the service and quality of my drinks have been horrid. I don’t know when this location went so downhill but I’d love for it to go back to the way it was when it first opened. When this location first opened you were always greeted with a smile and an energetic employee who was happy to take your order. Now you’re greeted with grunts, eye rolls, and constant frustration no matter who is taking your order. Lighten up! To speak on my most recent visit I ordered an energy drink with multiple flavors. I then pulled up to the employee standing at the front, she didn’t acknowledge me and watched in real time as the male barista inside made my drink. He only added ONE of the THREE flavors I ordered and called it a day. Huh? Am I paying AND tipping for my order to be wrong? I understand there are two lines and you’re making multiple drinks but it’s unacceptable to make my drink wrong. That’s lazy. Once my drink was made that same female employee in the front shoved a straw through my car window, handed me my drink, and turned her back to me. Okay, rude much? Lastly, I would like to speak on this new payment system that 7 Brew has decided to use. Before, the cashiers couldn’t see how much you tipped (if tipped) but now, they are the ones who turn the iPad around to face them once your choice is selected and they press the finish button for you. So they can see in real time if they were tipped or not. It definitely feels like you are trying to force customers to tip your cashiers and that’s not okay. 7 Brew you need to work these issues out quickly or you’re going to lose business.

  Orderd two drinks one was 5.65 the other was 5.88. Gave correct change for the first one. Gave 6.00 for the 2nd one the young lady tried to say she was shorted when you had exact change for one and given 6 for the other. Make them count in front of you.

  It’s a 7Brew. You’re likely gonna wait in line. Drinks were still quick. I jumped in a line of about 12 ahead of me. Whole staff smiling. Would like to shout out miss Ava! For working super diligently, saw her go to every car instead of them driving up. Plus she was exceptionally friendly. I appreciate you, and 7Brew for keeping friendly employees. Will return. And gladly wait in line again. Cheers

  Person with the tablet only doing the outside lane while the inner lane there no walking with a tablet needs to retrain there staff no way am going to wait 20 mins for a drink guess I’ll go to Starbucks

  7 Brew has decided to “revamp” their rewards program and in the process has messed everyone up from getting points for every drink they buy while they’re doing this remodel. I was 1 drink away from a free drink and now I’ve lost out on points and my free drink because of this. If that wasn’t frustrating enough the baristas are clueless about this new reward system and are INCREDIBLY rude when you try to inquire about it. I’m not spending $9+ on a drink for nothing…I want my points. 7 Brew better make this right and give people their earned rewards when they do get this reward system back up. Also, why does the reward section on the 7 Brew site ask you to make an account (when trying to view your rewards) but you continually get an “error message and to try again later” when you try?
