- NPNathanael Purcell5 days ago2.0I paid for a bag of chips, get home and they are burnt. Not just a little burnt, but VERY burnt. They knowingly made these and still put them out to customers at over $5 a bag. Workers didn't know how to wrap a burrito, and the skimp on portions. Chipotle sucks now.

Every other store doesn't mind. Besides, what's the issue? When they do it I see no reason why they shouldn't, it doesn't make a mess or anything. We walked out tonight, had enough of the power trip from this store. Probably won't return, too many options out there to lack the customer service skills to fulfill a simple request.

Today I got half and half protein on my burrito when I asked about being double charged they said that’s just how it is refused to change the price refused to give more protein in a cup to make up for what was paid for and they refused and asked the girl who made my burrito if it was full portion or half and half she said half and half and he said well I think it was a full portion I’m not changing it and charged me the extra $6 .
