  Cava is one of my husband & is fav places! Everyone was nice except for the older black women at the register, she was so pushy and abrupt. She shouldn’t be working on register acting like that.

  The assistant manager Nickia was absolutely terrible. How are you going to treat not only the employees but the customer terrible. The attitude when I asked for salmon and acting like we were the inconvenience when the store was empty, I have never seen management this bad in a while. I wouldn't recommend, fishers and downtown are much better locations.

  I visited the CAVA on US Highway 36 and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered the Strawberry Sesame Salmon Bowl. It seemed like the recipe cards may have been mixed up, which I can understand, mistakes happen. But the way the situation was handled was unacceptable. When I reached the end of the prep line, the young woman asked if I wanted everything on the bowl. I said yes. She immediately started slopping dill sauce on it. I told her I had asked for strawberry, and she picked up the recipe card and said, “This says dill.” I repeated that I asked for strawberry. Her response was, “You want to add strawberry?” Then she added the strawberry on top and turned to the cashier saying, “This is a dill bowl, add strawberry.” At that point, I had paid for something I didn’t order, and the attitude and dismissiveness from the employee were extremely disappointing. I left feeling disrespected and frustrated. This location needs to work on both accuracy and customer service. The bowl was horrible.

  Stopped by today for a late lunch and left more than satisfied! This was my first time trying CAVA, and I will definitely be back. The team was incredibly friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions, which made the experience even better. The General Manager, I believe his name was James, was awesome—he even came by our table to make sure we were having a great experience. That level of attention really stood out. Overall, this was a 10/10 visit. I would absolutely recommend stopping by if you’ve been thinking about it!

  Aaron was rude & rushed our order. He turned what was supposed to be a great new lunch experience into disappointment. The problem is we could tell he did it on purpose & judged our group, but we maintained a good attitude and let him have it. He rushed all our orders then refused to accept our coupon because he asked me to tap to pay & we were on 1 bill & everyone had not completed ordering. Just a whole horrible over all experience. But the food was great. The store was dirty & bathroom stinks. Aaron you were biased to 3 copper colored women with locs & it was not cool & you know it in your heart you were wrong.
