  This was my first time at a classic drive-in like this, and I really enjoyed the whole experience! Juggling a hectic real estate business means my schedule is packed, and my car usually doubles as my dining room. Because I eat on the go so often, this drive-in setup worked absolutely perfectly for me. The food was genuinely good, too,I had the smash burger and it really hit the spot. Great spot in Auburn for a quick, convenient meal!

  This store needs to work on consistency. I stopped for a drink two days in a row that I ordered on the app and both days the drink was made incorrectly. Also, sometimes the drinks are made one way and sometimes they’re made another way. I want the same drink (reasonably speaking) every time. The lack of consistency makes me spend less money.

  Waited such a terribly long time for their only to be a few cars in the parking lot employees just standing around. Just horrible service it’s called fast food guys no one wants to wait 15-20 mins for a sonic burger.

  One car ahead of me in the drive-through line and I was there for 15 minutes when the car in front of me finally got there one bag of food. The order was wrong so I had to continue to wait longer for them to figure out how to fix it. I just wanted a double bacon burger, but I’m not gonna wait 20 minutes in the drive-through line to get it do better.

  I love Sonic restraunts, but im not impressed with this one at all. I've gone 3 times and each time they've messed up my order. Also, the last two times I tried to order, the app was not accepting orders for that location. Today, my family of six went again and they added and extra meal and didn't add my second kids meal at all. They had to interest in fixing the mistake, so i had to drive around a second time just to get my daughter's chicken tenders (they gave us a burger meal instead). The staff seems almost irritated when I mention any issue. I'm not giving up on Sonic, but I'm very hesitant to visit the Auburn location.
