Twice in one week we have called to speak to a manager about it and nobody will answer the phone there. When we have to pull over and wait for long periods of time to get our food it would be nice if the order was correct and we received what we paid for.

If you dont use kiosk be advised there is no menu, no prices, to look at .They have no condiments out not even salt/pepper. The girl working the order desk also said its crazy! I waited 15 minutes on my order. Had to ask for mustard and butter for my sausage bisquit. I'm done I will go where a person is treated like a customer.Dont bother trying to complain corporate makes it impossible to actually leave info.THIS IS WHY MCDS IS FAILING go back to an ato.ospere that treats customers as guests!
