- JCJoel Cochran4 days ago1.0Unfortunately Shay doesn't treat customer equally. I had to wave her down multiple times for service. This is the 3rd time I have had this issue with this bartender. When confronted she got offensive and made me feel belittle that I had an issue with her service. While I've sat her being patient she has accused me indirectly of being unreasonable. Probably done spending my money here on the service of this bartender. Cameras don't lie. Let's count how many times I've wave at my bartender and timestamps. My wife's number is written my the receipt.

Honestly, most of the time take out is good (I usually get wings, boneless or bone-in depending on the vibe, and a burger). A few times my side has been missing, I reach out to corporate but don’t tend to get a reply. No biggie really, I won’t die without my tater tots lol, just slight sadness. I’d say most of the issues I’ve had are from dine-in, longer waits at the host stand and the food is usually cold (you’d think it’d be the opposite with take out). Anyway, I’d recommend the only night not getting take out wings is when they are running a wing deal, you can tell the wings are kept for long period of time and flash fried (causing them to be burnt, or the oil needs to be switched) BUT. The Mac and cheese burger is banging. Yaaa!!
