  I have traveled and bought coffee at many of your locations from Redding California to Auburn Indiana. Intentionally routing ourselves to your business. There was a serious lack of planning putting it here! Lack of egress! All it will take is for an emergency and EMS will have a huge challenge here. I will wait until you open elsewhere. We ordered over the app 25 minutes before arrival @ 9am. 9:30 still waiting with a dozen orders in front of us.

  Got there at 5:30 pm and my order wasn’t taken for a good 15-20 minutes in the line. I didn’t receive my order until 6:45 pm. I’ve had many great experiences at Dutch Bros but this one was just off. I’ve been when it was much busier and was still in and out of the line. Once you’re in the line you’re also stuck there is no way out which kind of stinks for situations like this one.

  Been on the phone with my wife while she was in line. She entered the line at 4:15pm. She finally received her two drinks at 5:15pm. She waited in line for an hour. The worst part about it is there is no way to leave once you enter so she was stuck there. It took them 20 minutes just to get her order. Which she would not have even waited that long but there was no way to get out of line. Overall don’t have a drive through if you can process orders with urgency and also don’t trap your customers in.

  The rebel drinks are tasty. The amount of ice needs to be less. There just isn’t a logical reason to have that much ice in a single drink. Even the larges are filled up 3/4 with ice. When I asked for light ice only one time, the drink came an inch under the lid and she explained how they only fill so much liquid. That would make sense if the amount was the ounces I was paying for. Either way, the times we go there and what not filling the drink to the top with less ice would be the moral and professional thing to do. Starbucks will gladly remake a drink, let you keep the other one, fill up your cup all the way with less ice. Not saying that Starbucks has the same options as Dutch bros, but the way they care shows deeply. Dutch bros has about 20 years of experience to go. I hope they catch up sooner. Other than that’s the atmosphere is hip, the music is cool, it’s upbeat over there, something Auburn needed.

  Just meh. Workers were friendly. Prices are decent, but I ordered the hot lavender latte- build your own. I added an extra shot of espresso but couldn’t taste any lavender in the drink at all. Something in it tastes very powdery (I think it’s the espresso)- almost like when you go use one of those digital hot drink machines at the doctor’s office or the car dealership that offers lattes but it’s powdery and all made inside the machine . It wasn’t awful, but it wasn’t good either. I wanted to love it, but I can’t for the life of me understand how people are choosing this over Five Lakes or Starbucks if they are ordering coffee drinks. The people who were with me ordered iced drinks and liked them. Maybe it’s best to stay away from hot coffee drinks here.
