  Been in the drive thru twice and waited FOREVER both times. I think maybe training is needed because it’s specifically this location.

  Don’t plan on getting a mobile order without being prepared to sit in the drive through for 20 minutes. Between waiting on them to answer at the speaker and then waiting on them to get everyone’s orders in front of you it’s better to go inside or a different place to eat. Not to mention, after the very extensive wait time they will inevitable get your order wrong or forget half of your food. This Taco Bell needs a corporate intervention!

  This is the worst place to eat in Attica everytime we go in the you wait 30 minutes and once you get your food it’s never right or you missing stuff. You guys need some better staff or buy they some glasses because the order is right in front of their faces. It would be different if it was messed up every now and then but it’s everytime we go in there it’s honestly ridiculous.

  As a well known fast food chain my rating comes from more of the availability provided, service, and pricing. I got a craving for some taco bell and decided to stop in at this location. Mistake number 1. This location was out of 3 items I wished to get, one of them being drink options. They were also put of a specific type of new meat, they were willing to provide a substitute but the cashier warned me it didnt taste the same. The pricing was ridiculous. Over $20 for a meal. This isnt the only place like this where a one individual meal cost makes eating at the restaurant not worth it to me anymore. The service is the only reason I gave it 3 stars instead of 2. The lady was so kind and patient and helpful. Seriously everything you want in customer service.
