  The music was so loud and some kind of screamo rock. We asked if anyone ever complains about it and they said yes people complain but they can't do anything about it. We then changed our orders to go. They threw a bag on top of the order and walked away. The first bag tore so they just put another on the counter. And walked away.

  Very terrible at getting you, your food in a timely matter. Did an online pick up order, an my food was ready 35 minutes later, after the time it said it would be done. Probably will never eat here again.

  Placed an order in the store on their Kiosk and had to wait 45 minutes for our food, there was a lady that had been waiting a hour for an online order she placed. When we did finally get our food we waited another 10 minutes to get our drinks. There was one guy working the drive-thru and making food for the drive-thru at the same time. While he was going back and forth he did not change his gloves or wash his hands. This TacoBell has been going downhill for a very long time.
