  I see alot of bad reviews for service here. I've always had great service, fast and hot food. It's always been fresh so I don't get the hate this place gets. These fools do a great job and the food is really good.

  The dude at the window is too worried about showing off his little muscles then taking orders rushed me through the drive-through even though I was trying to ask about my order. get to the window and none of my order is correct. Asked for sprite no ice, got a sprite from the lobby with ice:) I told “whatever please make sure my sandwich is plain” plain only because I asked what came in the sandwich through the drive thru and he wouldn’t tell me… didn’t ask if I wanted sauce just put “no sauce” and gave me regular nuggets instead of spicy.. I asked at the drive thru “can I do spicy nuggets instead, do yall still have the spicy nuggets?” Literally crickets were heard… I wasn’t being rude at all, I work customer service and was literally on my lunch break from it.. dude didn’t even ask if I wanted a receipt, I had to wait for him to come back to the window so I could ask… just to leave a shitty review on the company site aswell. I guess I’ll just not get food next time:)

  I understand the pictures are a dolled up, but thats not a baconator. That is a double cheeseburger with 1.5 thin pieces of bacon on it with a stale bun. It's just under $10 for that alone. I can go to a nicer sit down restaurant for $13 and get to go food that tastes like a burger.

  Not a bad experience! This location does not have a self service kiosk like most Wendy's do. I was greeted in a professional manner and ordered the #1 Dave's Single Combo, with only Ketchup, Mustard, Pickle, and Cheese in a small. The order arrived just as I finished filling my cup from the Freestyle machine. The Coke Zero with Cream Soda tasted great with no issues. My order was made as I ordered and was hot a fresh. The French fries were hit and fresh as well. The lobby was clean with no signs of dirty tables or trash. Trash was being changed, before it was overflowing while I was there. The condiment was clean, stocked, and organized. The dining room is nothing exciting, compared to other locations, but does the job. I highly recommend this location to anyone who loves great service with hot and fresh food!
