  Great service, friendly staff. My only complaint is the stickers placed on the drink lids for mobile orders. I sometimes have to grab a new lid so that it's not sticky. But I know that's corporate policy since covid so don't blame the staff for that.

  Staff was very rude- unfriendly and curt. No 'thank you' or smile, just a straight-faced stare. Obviously a bad day for this lady- probably a bad management culture. Food was luke- warm. I quickly recalled why I stopped patronizing taco bell years ago.

  I ordered and paid for a chicken quesadilla add potatoes extra grilled and they gave me a quesadilla with just potatoes and cheese.

  Beefy 5 layer burrito.. tried it for the first time in at least a year, of course it was more along the lines of a beany burrito.. lack of layers, lack of beef. 1 end had the nacho cheese. Just a little. No clue where the sourcream was, definitely not a part of it like it should be. WHEN will tbell in our area be good again? (Yes I literally cut it in half hoping it would be good, filled with the listed ingredients, and consistent... It was NOT..)
