She was mean and I told her that I had my food on the app and I had part of my order that some how got deleted and I told her about it and she basically told me that she doesn’t know anything about the app. I have only had the app mess up on me once and the store corrected it. Then she proceeded to tell me that she can’t do anything that she can do which I know is a lie. Just to top it all off my food was cold. Normally this location on north Wayne street is 95% of the time getting my order hot and ready and if my food is messed up they will correct it right then and there and get it out to me asap. There was only one small order on the screeen and still had me waiting for over 30 minutes
