Second time in a week that I have gotten a beef and cheddar that I did not order. I will never buy from Arby’s again.

This Arby's is normally wonderful. I was served french fries that appeared to have other bits of fried pieces in them. They were cold and stiff. I wasn't going to complain, then I opened my sandwich, the paper was stuck so hard to the sandwich, it tore when I opened it. Tge sandwich was cold and old. It cost a little over $10 for a basic meal. I had to drive back, she did make it right but, she had to know, it was very bad. I'd also asked for condiments and only received 2 packets. Very dissapointing and could have been avoided.

Must be a evening shift problem. Lunch has always been fine here. Was asked to pull forward. Person had ro come out 3 times to ask what drink we were missing. But the worst of it was they messed up the whole with the sides. Messed up my sandwich, sent it back on the 3rd time he asked what drink we were missing. Brought out a 2nd sandwich and it was still wrong. Unfortunately, with all the time we sat in the drive thru, I didn't have enough time to go back in and have them make it right.

Food was served cold. Tried to call and no one answers the phone. Waste of my time and money. Ridiculous!!
