  Coley/Koley had excellent customer service, a great attitude, personable, and went above and beyond for me in the drive through. I don't leave reviews for fast food often, but he deserves a raise or higher position! I asked him his name because I wanted to make sure someone sees this! Not alot of people have good customer service but he was happy genuine and an absolute pleasure!

  We just went through Wendy's and ordered large chilies and they were out of cups on the large, so we ended up getting small chilies and we get them home and it's pure salt, and I tried to call to let them know to pull their product before someone has a heart attack or something. And they don't answer their phones..

  My Frosty was made before the rest of my food, so it was melted by the time I could eat it.

  I am a regular customer at this Wendy's. It seems every time I go here they always leave out parts of my order. If I find I'm missing something it is very inconvenient to go back in line or I find out when I get home. I don't feel people should have to check their bag to make sure you received what you paid for. With this Wendy's I highly recommend you always check every item in the bag. This to me is unfortunate, dishonest, not very good customer service because I do enjoy Wendy's food. Maybe customer service training would help this business. If they can't get this corrected soon or if this continues anymore I will decide to never go back. There are many fast food places that will be happy to serve with good customer service.
