If I find I'm missing something it is very inconvenient to go back in line or I find out when I get home. I don't feel people should have to check their bag to make sure you received what you paid for. With this Wendy's I highly recommend you always check every item in the bag. This to me is unfortunate, dishonest, not very good customer service because I do enjoy Wendy's food. Maybe customer service training would help this business. If they can't get this corrected soon or if this continues anymore I will decide to never go back. There are many fast food places that will be happy to serve with good customer service.
