  If i could give a zero i would. didn’t get half my food on an order with 5 items. Im not sure the workers ever completed high school. Just skip save yourself

  Today 10/26/2025 I left the house to get some things in town and was going to stop at Taco Bell on 53rd and Scatterfield , was craving some Double Deckers off the Decades Menu. Got to the drive up and the girl had no idea what I was talking about then another girl who I think is the manager said that it’s only available on the app. I said I don’t understand because I was just inside and had them for lunch the week before and she said that’s the way it is so I said OK forget about it and she said back “I will” instead of Im sorry. I pulled into Arby’s next door and did a quick internet search and it came up available on the app or inside or in the drive through so I walked back to Taco Bell and attempted to show the guy inside and he would not look at it so went back to Arby’s and called another Taco Bell about 6 miles away and asked for the manager and explained the story and she said come on down here and we will make them for you either inside or through the drive up. I was in a rush to get home to watch the Colt’s game so I just ate at Arby’s. After I ate I decided to call Taco Bell and attempted to talk to the manager (April) and told her and she said that only on the app so I said then why is it available on the kiosk inside the store and not in the drive through and she then accused me of throwing something at the drive through window and hung up on me!!!! I challenge Taco Bell to review the security footage so see that yes indeed I did drive through lane in order to get out and all my truck windows were up and nothing was thrown and I do not play games like that. I will be calling corporate tomorrow Me or any of my employees will NEVER go back to that Taco Bell Mike Yosha / President / Arcade Services Inc

  Oct 21st 2025 at noon, the manager and drive thru worker were both belligerent and rude. I will not be shopping at this location ever again. Also, my food had curly hairs in it.
