As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

While waiting on the most amazing wings in Anderson we experienced a rude customer and before we were even able to react Katie and the MVP Gina jumped into action and defended us, professionally and with a smile. We already LOVE their service but we got to see how they LOVE their customers. Shout out to Isaiah as well. My forever Rally’s ❤️

The so called manager will tell you to hold on at the speaker just to have a whole conversation on the phone with her “baby” man I’m assuming over the intercom. She’s ALWAYS outside in that lil storage shack next the speaker smoking weed with a young girl that wears glasses it will linger into your car and forget it if she hands the food out she smells like straight weed. She will tell you they are out of something or have you waiting so she can take food out to cars and get in their car all while you’re waiting on your food. There is one guy that works later in the evening older bald man he does good getting the orders together and out for us door dashers, but her lol you’ll be there an hour. Plus the evening manager talks down and so badly to her employees, I feel for them half of them are kids. Instead of getting the orders out the door she prefers to be on her phone playing games or watching something on it, hard for dashers to make money and for those that have lil hungry kids. That’s not all either you will be waiting while she’s on her phone and the store filthy! Steer clear!!!
