As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

After a 35 min wait with only 3 cars in front of us we get to window and they tell us the orders not ready and it’s going to take a min. Never addressed the pies so we asked and they told us they were giving us pies. I said we already ordered fries and didn’t need anymore can you substitute a shake instead. She came back and said the manager said no that you can have fries. This whole time we watched the manager go out for a smoke and hang out with someone parked there then go back in just to bring their friend a milkshake and hang out some more. After refusing to accept my extra fry substitution they offered funnel cake fries for my 2 apple pies and since it was clear that was the most her manager was willing to do I accepted and had to pull ahead while they made them. At least it gave me time to write this review and let others know not to expect what you ordered or what you’d like if they are out of something and when you do go prepare to wait and wait and wait.

After I wasted for forty plus minutes and many people received their food before me that came in later than me.
