    Low rating for any McDonald’s that automatically makes you pull up into a spot to wait for food. For Every single order. Basically like trying to cheat the system it seems. Always takes longer and makes it more difficult to correct anything that may be wrong or missing in your order.

    Stacey was amazing! I placed my order and it was taking longer than expected and she was handling everything in the front and was very professional! I felt that she needed a good review for her exceptional service. The food was great and the place was very clean. She made the experience a very positive one, even though the wait was longer due to the order. She made it right, with a smile on her face! I will definitely be back.

    if i could leave 0 stars, i would. we went to curbside while it was not busy and it took 12 minutes for our food to come out. we went to leave and our car died. we went inside to ask for any kind of help, we completely ignored. the employees started at us, and walked away. how disgusting for apparent “perfect customer service” that the gm of this store apparently thrives at. then they even forgot ranch! that wouldn’t be that deep if the overall experience wasn't terrible. it’s one thing not to be able to help someone and it’s another to completely ignore them when it’s your job to assist anyone on YOUR property. a simple “i’m sorry we can’t help” would’ve been completely fine. thankfully a man who was happening to drive by stopped and help us with no hesitation!! thank you Ken! you’re a blessing. it’s sad to see that people my age who work at this store, can’t even have basic respect or manners to anyone.
