  Very clean and fast service love the Kool blue just I get it without the mango boba cause I don't like boba and I get it with lemonade it's delicious!! Workers are extremely nice

  I stopped by to get a drink and the service was amazing! The girl with the purple hair in the drive thru was so sweet and polite! The service there is always amazing.

  I ordered 2 Vanilla shakes with whipped cream on top, didn't get the whipped cream. Also ordered 2 Fruit Punch Lemonade with the sour Crazy straw, but was charged for and handed the Rebel Energy drink versions of which I did not order. The people who were getting the fruit punch lemonades are 10 years old and one that has a heart condition. Guess what? We got our drinks, were handed the shakes with no whipped cream, that's fine, we can use the whipped cream we have at home, all good. Next the young lady stated, fruit punch with rebel. I stopped her there and told her, "No. I ordered the ones with lemonade. The two who are getting those are 10 and the other has a heart condition. I'm not taking those." She apologized and refunded me the difference and had them make the iced lemonade fruit punch drink with the sour crazy straws. Okay, that was good. GUESS WHAT? I get home and everyone is settled and is drinking their drinks and my daughter says it takes funny and it's not like this normally and she isn't feeling well. I ask my roommate if her drink tastes different. She looks at me and says, "Don't be mad. This does not taste like lemonade is in this. It tastes like something else and I can feel it." I go to the website to give the feedback, but it's ai bots and that's not helpful. Eventually I get an "agent" and after going through all this I was told to test the drinks before we leave the drive-thru. THERE IS A LINE OF PEOPLE BEHIND ME, I'M NOT WAITING TO TEST ALL THE DRINKS! If I make a bad product at work, it gets sent out into the world, and something on it breaks, it's not the customer's fault. It's the company that made the thing! And to the blonde lady in there with tattoos all over both arms, don't give someone shitty looks and crush a cup in your hand. You aren't tough, and doing that might cause someone to write a review about how you run your crew. Your company's slogan is "Radiate Kindness". You have done no such thing. TL:DR I give this location 4.5 out of 5 disappointed dad looks. You could put someone in the hospital because of your neglect.
