  First off, I’m leaving this review to give special recognition to one of the managers who worked on the afternoon of 4/12/26. I love this Dominos and order from here all of the time but recently I have noticed they are really struggling with staffing issues. I went in yesterday afternoon around 3ish to 1 manager working the entire floor by herself. She was making every single order by herself that came through and answering every phone call and helped every person that came in through the door, by herself. I walked in a little bit after 3 and just let her know I had a pick up order and she instantly got a little emotional because she hadn’t had the time to start making my order yet. She explained to me that she was there completely alone (besides delivery driver running orders) and that she was supposed to leave at 3 but no one showed up to relieve her. I was super understanding and I was not in a rush what so ever. I felt bad for her. Absolutely no one should be working the entire floor by their self. She even stayed. Most people I know in this industry would walk right out…. This woman stayed on the floor and continued to make every single order one by one and cranked them out. My order was also accurate, fresh, and hot despite her working under the amount of stress she was under. I really wish I would have gotten her name but she deserves to be recognized for her perseverance and hard work. Dominos needs to do something ASAP to help this location and their employees.

  I ordered a Philly with some extra toppings pizza was lacking on most of the toppings and I asked for it to be a well done bake and it was soggy I was highly disappointed. I then Go in to pick up my pizza and and see an employee making pizzas just dipping in her hands into all of the toppings with no gloves. As far as i'm concerned, people should be wearing gloves even if you wash your hands.People subconsciously, not even thinking about it, will scratch something or touch their face or something.And it's not sanitary. This my was first time to this store and I won't be going back

  Ordered online and said it would be ready for pickup roughly 35 minutes... it's been over an hour and still waiting where the food is!?! This place has gone down hill and still falling fast!!! They have no idea what they are doing!

  Out of the big 3 pizza places dominos is the worst. Rather have pizza hut than this cardboard tastes like chuck e cheese
