  I can see why you guys have bad reviews. I stopped going to this location after a female employee told me I couldn’t customize my sandwich. I’ve never heard of not being able to have my sandwich my way at a Jimmy John’s until I dealt with an immature employee trying to take out her aggression on me because she’s having a bad day. Never will be back to this location!

  I placed an online order. Wanted to try the new gyro pita sandwich which had no meat & was so small for the price. Also placed 2 additional sandwiches and there was one slice of meat on the sandwiches, little to no lettuce. I paid $40 for 4 sandwiches, no drinks no chips. Should have just went else where. Left a bad after taste. Never had a problem with this location in the past. Very disappointing

  I ordered a regular size sandwich, Italian Night Club. I saw the signs, "add chips and a drink for $1.00", so i added chips and a drink. The manager took 5 minutes on the register and came out with totals of $20.00 plus! She said they made it too hard to give me the 1.00 deal add on! She said she was the manager, General Manager and had never met the owner in 10 years. She had her employee take down the large poster on the window and the sign near the register that advertised the chips and drink for a $1.00 add-on ! I was flabbergasted. She sent bad vibes throughout the restaurant. Lastly, as I was eating at the table on Monday at 11 a.m. 2-23-2026, she said to an employee " I won't write you up" just say this about Saturday. That is a private manager to employee conversation, I felt the power play on this poor employee from her manager. As a customer I will never visit Jimmy John's in Zion again. I felt bad for this employee who i believe is getting mistreated by her manager.

  I did get all the items of food I ordered had to go back they did not acknowledge or apologize for their lack of professionalism . They didn't show concern for my inconvenience.
