The Spanish girl Alex at the window needs training at how to handle customers that need assistance vs taking things personal and making it an argument, very unprofessional. Rosario, older Spanish lady instead of helping and deescalating the situation started talking in Spanish very rude n degrading like we’re not paying customers. We understand Spanish and the way she was expressing herself is not of someone that should to be working with the public. Such a shame and unacceptable behavior. Very sad to see Hispanics treat people this way specially with everything going on in our cities. What a disgrace and disappointment to have received such a treatment. Wendy’s has to do better with who they have representing them.
