I can't believe how bad the food quality at this location has fallen off! Ordered the crispy chicken burrito, chicken was hard as a rock! Loud kids, yeah won't be back.

So I ordered the chicken bowl without red cabbage, rice
This is how I received my bowl literally 4 pieces of meat 12 beans and 7 shreds of cheese.
Not worth 8$
The service was good but portions are horrible!!!🤬
I do not blame the employees as they serve the menu the way corporate has them to. The service was good

This establishment takes so long to make the food. More than 10 minutes at the window waiting for 2 tacos is insane! They need new management!

The costumer service in this place is really bad, the hispanic morning manager said that all employees wear a headset to listen when a costumer is ordering and even having all this employees listening to specific drive thru orders, we always get our order messed up. If a costumer is asking no sour cream that is a common sense to not put that ingredient in the food, it does not matter if the menu is showing only the option for supreme you have to follow what the costumer is asking for. This is the first bad review I posted after so many mistakes and I will keep posting now if again I get my order wrong.
