  I Am Very Upset With How I Was Treated When I Called To Check What Happened To My Order. After ordering online and being told I would get my order delivered within the hour. 1 abd 1/2 hours and.....still No Pizza Delivered! When called to check was put on hold for over 10 minutes. So I hung up and called again and asked to speak to a manager. Supposedly the guy I was talking to claimed to be the manager. When I asked what was going on with my order, he said they were backed up on orders and I eouldn't get my pizzas for another half hour, since they only had 1 delivery driver. He was very rude and didn't seem to care that I was waiting over 1and 1/2 hours. Then He said he could get it delivered in about another half hour! So I asked him why I had to wait another half hour. after already waiting 1 and 1/2 hours already! He Never Once Apologized for the delay and was very rude and seemed like he didn't care and even asked if I still wanted the pizza or wanted to cancel my order. I asked wHy I had to wait another half hour, when we only lived 15 minutes away. He asked again if I just wanted to cancel my order,all the time no apolgy for the delay. No sense of caring whatsoever! So I said yes cancel. Then He hung up on me! Totally Rude! That Was The Rudest Customer Service Ever!
