How about more information? If I was going to sit down, totally different situation. I'm in my car, going to work. Don't try to complain in the app. I've probably had ten occasions out of the past twenty times i've been there where there is attitude issues or wrong order. Staff at this restaurant has always been the worse in the past 10 years I've went here. I'm done.

This location is one of the worst restaurants second to Waukegan McDonalds on Sunset, yet the line is around the parking lot daily. Won’t be getting my money anymore.

I ordered the mccrispy strips and asked what sauce I wanted. I asked for creamy chili sauce, they didn’t say anything until I got to the window, they said they no longer have it, so I asked for Buffalo sauce and the girl wanted to charge for sauce!!!!!!! Why?!?! First of all, why didn’t they tell me when I initially placed my order that they don’t have that type of sauce anymore and then when I ask for a different one, they want to charge me???? Never going back again and this isn’t the first time something similar happens.
