I’m assuming it was the manager she had an attitude that was poor and she did not mind checking employees in front of customers. She was also not willing to help as my gift card was not working. It was just yeah your gift card ain’t working I asked her can she physically type the card in manually and she said I tried the other computer which was unbeknownst to me as she didn’t say anything it was just your gift card is not working. I then asked her about how long do you think the pizza will take, oh it’ll update you on the wall. That’s not good customer service. Very poor, very nasty. She’s not very nice to the employees either.

That would have meant ruining our day and driving back from our family outing just to prove their mistake. This is really disappointing and unhygienic. We expected better quality and customer service, especially from a brand like Domino’s. I hope they take this seriously and make sure it doesn’t happen again.
