They only have service through the drive-through even though the ice cream cake freezer looks fully stocked. I told them that I did not want cake with Oreos in it (person the cake is for does not like Oreos) I had to go through the drive-through window and they tried to describe to me the cakes and they kept on bringing cakes and the cakes all with Oreos in them because they could not read what was written on the boxes. The two girls working there gave me lots of attitude. So sorry that it was so hard for you to help me buy a cake it sure would’ve been nice if I could’ve gone inside the store to see what you had and picked it out for myself but you won’t let customers in your store I looked at my receipt to see if there was a number to call to see if they could’ve helped me before I posted this negative review but the receipt was so poorly printed I can’t even read anything on it.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
