  Worst service from any food carrier in a 50 miles radius. Every time I've come here,(Which has only been once a year for the past 3 years) I am not only disappointed, but surprised at how bad service can be and the new, creative ways they can mess up your food and deliver terrible service. If there was an award for the worst, you would definitely receive it.

  Clean but the food never feels fresh! Horrible to the memory of Wendy's that we loved as kids. Where is the beef?

  How on earth does someone screw up almost an entire order? Then, they don't answer their phone so you can let them know they screwed up 3 out of 5 sandwiches, 2 frosty flavors and have given you ice cold fries!

  The lady at the window refused to give me 1 ranch sauce for my $14 meal. She then said if I did want 1 ranch sauce it would cost me $1. Unreal!

  Bathrooms were always clean when visiting. Maggie,Al and Maria were always professional and good people, in which I enjoyed talking to. Breakfast sandwiches were good. Only ding was potato wedges offered as the only side. Burrito value meal has potatoes in the burrito and a side, just too much. Now the Hoffman estates site at Gulf and Walnut doesn't serve breakfast.
