Prices seem high compared to what it use to be .. same food but high prices . I dont understand why a fountain drink is $3.50 for a small size that’s ridiculous .. I could buy another sandwich for that price also they charge extra for the broccoli cheddar soup .. when u buy off the choose 2 menu … I won’t be back moral of the stir I spent $19 for a half sandwich, tomato soup in a cup and a fountain drink !!! And food isn’t that fresh as they claim

They brought my food out to the car and the sandwich was made like a 7 year old made it. It was sloppy with ingredients falling out everywhere. I feel that if I purchase any food to go, you should at least provide napkins. There was not one napkin in the bag so I had to use the bag to wipe my hands with because the ingredients were falling out from the sandwich. I had to stop at a gas station to wash my hands. if I'm spending over $10 for one sandwich the least you can do is make it right and provide napkins.

Went in to get the bagel pack. 13 bagels with 2 cream cheese. Very disappointed with quality of bagels. We could tell right away that the bagels were smaller. They also tasted doughy. Sesame bagels barely had any sesame seeds and the everything bagels were too salty. We are regular customers so we know this is not the quality that we have experienced. We contacted the store and were told that the procedures have changed on how the bagels are made. Big mistake! Panera is known for freshness and quality. Not anymore! Your customers will notice the shortcuts and will reward you with a drop in sales. Bring back the old procedures that your customers expect and what made you successful. We will most likely not be back and will start going to a bakery for our bagels.
