  I order from this Jimmy John’s pretty often for delivery, and the food is good. This was only my 3rd time visiting in-store. We showed up at 8:48PM. They were cleaning up, and getting ready to close at 9. I ordered a sandwich, and my partner asked for a toasted sandwich. The cashier turned around, and looked at her teammates like we asked them to make 100 sandwiches. Hopefully she found her eyeballs and they didn’t roll under the cooler. There is nothing worse than showing up to a place within business hours, and being made to feel as though you are a burden. We took our business elsewhere. I mean it’s a sandwich…

  The JJ’s Yorkville crew this morning was the most efficient and friendly JJ’s crew I’ve ever witnessed. A miracle team. I had just had blood drawn down the street and these guys made me a sandwich faster than I’ve ever seen a sandwich made before. I didn’t even know sandwiches could be made that fast. I’m still in shock. I’ll remember this day as long as I live.

  Horrible service bad food for to much money
