    The lady at the window refused to give me 1 ranch sauce for my $14 meal. She then said if I did want 1 ranch sauce it would cost me $1. Unreal!

    Bathrooms were always clean when visiting. Maggie,Al and Maria were always professional and good people, in which I enjoyed talking to. Breakfast sandwiches were good. Only ding was potato wedges offered as the only side. Burrito value meal has potatoes in the burrito and a side, just too much. Now the Hoffman estates site at Gulf and Walnut doesn't serve breakfast.

    This sandwich is smaller than my hand and was the driest garbage ever. Don’t bother going to Wendy’s and head straight to McDonald’s.

    Ordered a plain chx sandwich, they put everything on it. Ordered an extra, large fry, Didn't get it. Tried calling just to see if I could get a credit for a future purchase... They don't answer. Called three times.

    This was terrible. Forgot honey mustard when we asked for multiple. Spicy chicken tasted terrible and soggy. I asked for cheese on my sons chicken sandwich and they forgot it and it was very dry. Sprite tasted sour and weird. Service was awful we had to park to the side when there was NO ONE there except us. Just teens on their phones. Also costed 41.50 for 6 items. Unbelievable. If i would 0 stars.
