Second time I ordered a pizza early on a Saturday and the $50 pizza had hardly any cheese and just again not to par might want to check with who is making these pizzas I can't be the only one
Rosatis in Yorkville has the meat lovers pizza, we drive 30 mins to dine there! We love the atmosphere and the staff is wonderful ! Highly recommend!
I visit Yorkville Rosatis on a regular basis, and it is the best pizza in town! I love their veggie pizza, it is delicious! I love seeing Jo, Sky, Blake and Dennis at the bar, the drinks are amazing! There are TVs all over the bar so I can always watch my favorite sports. My kids love the pepperoni pizza and ask to go often too. Great atmosphere, Highly recommend Yorkville Rosatis!
I went back to eat with my girlfriend expecting our favorite server, come to find out she wasn’t there… I find it funny how they will get rid of someone for simply doing their job, and not the people who actually do the mess ups in the restaurant! Seems like their priorities arnt exactly straight with employees 🤨

My friend and I dined at the bar and ordered a 16” pepperoni and sausage pizza. The pizza tasted fine at the time. I took leftovers home, which my son also ate.
By late that evening, all of us experienced vomiting and severe stomach cramps consistent with food poisoning. When I followed up with my friend the next morning, they reported similar symptoms.
This was the only food I ate that day, and I did go to my doctor who confirmed it was textbook food poisoning. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was serious and concerning. I hope the restaurant reviews its food handling practices to prevent others from getting sick.
Update:
Per Rosati’s response, I called the store on Monday at 11:30am and spoke with the manager on duty. Unfortunately, the call went poorly. I was told no one else reported illness and there was no acknowledgment or apology despite three of us becoming sick after eating the same pizza. The conversation became argumentative, and I ultimately ended the call.
I wasn’t calling for compensation—I simply expected a professional apology and concern for food safety. Instead, I felt blamed.
If management invites customers to call, they should handle those calls professionally. Sadly, I won’t be returning and recommend choosing one of the many other pizza options in Yorkville.
