Today while picking up an order for a customer, Christina, the drive up and go manager, approached me and snatched labels out of my hand that I was scanning and demanded that’s not the way we are going to do things. She publicly embarrassed me in front of several other employees. I have listened to her berate, belittle, and embarrass other employees as well as talk about them behind their back for a long time. She is unprofessional as a manager and has no business being a supervisor of other employees. I’ve also listened to numerous employees in the drive up and go department express the same views as mine. Extremely disappointed. Turnover in this department will continue to be high as long as she is in charge.
