Older gentleman knowingly gave the wrong muffin to the employee at the drive thru window. This location is usually good. But sometimes I wish they were more professional and cared more about getting orders correct.

Ordered a latte and they gave what looked like watered down regular coffee with no milk, etc. Crazy that they always seem annoyed when asked to remake when i know if the roles were reversed they wouldnt want to drink that crap either. When remaking it its still not great, but at least it doesnt make me want to hurl. Tasted like dirty water with sugar in it. Should have kept the people that were working there, too bad.
