When I asked them to take some of the ice out he asked if I wanted to add more because he couldn’t understand me. I tried to explain I asked for light ice he told me this was light ice, but the cup was full of ice so it doesn’t even make any sense.I literally had to get a spoon and take the ice out myself since he refused. What terrible customer service. don’t go here. Picture included to show you the mess I had to make all over myself before work because they refuse to do their jobs.
