- IIIzzyFeb 18, 20261.0I went into the store to order a cake after reading a previous review saying that it’s a lot easier in store and more detailed. When I told them that I wanted to order a cake, they had me look through a book 1st and I did not see the cake that I wanted that I saw online so they had me try and order it online and it wouldn’t let me. My daughter eventually found a cake she liked in the book and when I asked them if I could order it, they told me that I could no longer order any of the cakes from there, if I wanted a cake, I had to order it online. Well the cakes that were in the book were not online and when I ask about that, they said that they don’t even do cake orders because they don’t have a cake maker, even though they had a fridge full of cakes at their store….Hmmm. Anyways wasted 20 minutes of my time there. So if you need a cake DO NOT go here!!

We got there right at 700 and the Baskin Robbins was already shut down which means the kid closed earlier than 700. Don't leave teenagers in charge of your store!!!
- AAADec 5, 20164.0Tiny but decent place. I like that they have a few ice-creams that have nuts in them and that they let you taste the ice-creams before making up your mind. It has an attached Dunkin Donuts; the ice-creams are somewhat reasonable, however the other items / sandwiches etc are fairly expensive here.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Given the likelihood of cross-contact in our restaurants, this list is not suitable for people with Celiac Disease, a heightened gluten sensitivity or a wheat allergy.

Joining the Birthday Club is free and easy! Simply create a Baskin-Robbins account in the BR App or online & complete your profile to join the Birthday Club. (You must be 13 or older to sign up.)
How will I get my birthday rewards?
Your birthday coupons will be automatically added to your account in the BR App on your birthday; head to the BR App on your special day to redeem!
Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
