- DTD TDec 24, 20251.0Bad management. My coupon code wasn’t going through in their system and the manager here at this store did not try to help what so ever. It was only for a single scoop of Ice Cream. He accused me of using the coupon already and refused to give me the scoop. I pulled over and checked out online for the scoop using the coupon for a free scoop and drove back around and they then claimed they didn’t see the order in their system. I asked the manager to come over to show him I had not used the coupon already and wasn’t trying to scam them. He then started to freak out and yell at his employees because they apparently “gave” me the scoop even though I had the receipt and order number that it was checked out online. He demanded I give him the scoop of ice cream back. What!!?! Terrible terrible terrible customer service at this store. If this manager treats his customers and employees this way, I’d hate to see what else happens here.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
